Description
Faction positions are for attendees that wish to be up close to the fighting. Faction members will be required to follow directions of those in positions appointed over them and work as a team to accomplish objectives. Additionally the faction members are the backbone off the fighting force, these are the positions that carry out the plans, orders, and the over all vision of the commanders.
Requirements:
Faction Member - Must be 14 years or older and be mentally and physically sound. Faction members must be able to adapt to situations quickly and make good judgments calls on a moment’s notice to continue the mission. They must be able to give quick feedback to key leaders and be the fighting force for the commanders.
