Operation Hammer Forged Squad Level Positions
Description
Squad level positions are for attendees that wish to be up close to the fighting. At the squad level you will be required to follow directions of those in positions appointed over you and work as a team to accomplish objectives. Additionally the squad level positions are the backbone off the fighting force, these are the positions that carry out the plans, orders, and the over all vision of the commanders.
Requirements:
Squad Leader - Must be 18 years or older and be sound mentally and physically. Must be able to maintain communications on 1 frequency at one time.
Squad Member - Must be 14 years or older and be mentally and physically sound. Squad members must be able to adapt to situations quickly and make good judgments calls on a moment’s notice to continue the mission. They must be able to give quick feedback to key leaders and be the fighting force for the commanders. If the squad is the back bone, these guys are the bone.
